Care provider said she would call me with results of a mammo ultrasound. No phone call. I dont like the portal. I looked on portal. I need to be rescheduled and no phone no RX. If she has not said she made a note to call it would be fine, but she said it I did not ask her to call.

Dr Rambicure was unable to see me after my prior evenings visit to the emergency room. That was disappointing. Katrina, however was able to see me and get a treatment plan underway addressing my thyroid nodule problem. She provided great service.

Katrina Potithavoranant is the best primary care provider I have had in my almost 30 years of living in Florida. She reads my medical history prior to seeing me and therefore is prepared to discuss and diagnose my current issue. She offers alternatives and answers my questions in understandable terms.

She was lovely. She was easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and took her time during the exam. I did not feel rushed and I felt respected and listened to.
